ku99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ku99 website, mobile web application, and any related services operated under the domain ku99.vu and its sub-domains.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the ku99 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player upon completing the ku99 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, reload bonus amounts, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by ku99.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit or withdrawal channel accepted on the Platform, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• "Content" means all text, images, video streams, software, game logic, odds data, and other materials published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the ku99 Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance applicable to the Player's jurisdiction as well as the laws governing the operation of the Platform.

By accessing the ku99 Platform or completing the account registration process, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the ku99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance takes effect upon the earliest of: (a) your completion of the account registration form; (b) your first login to an existing Account; or (c) your placement of any wager or game play action on the Platform, whether or not a formal Account has been created.

These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between you and ku99 relating to the subject matter herein. ku99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Access to and use of the ku99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ku99 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and proxy players are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion programme, whether issued by ku99 or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration or gameplay.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by law, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ku99 or any of its technology and game-supply partners.

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on the ku99 Platform, you are required to register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or Payment Methods, is strictly prohibited. Where ku99 identifies duplicate Accounts, all related Accounts will be closed immediately and any Balance held within them will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any wager placed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been placed by you, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.

ku99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and address at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal review. Accepted documentation includes government-issued identification, utility bills, and mobile wallet statement records in the Player's name. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All Account Balances on the ku99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ku99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: Players may fund their Accounts using the Payment Methods listed on the ku99 Cashier page. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by Payment Method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of each transaction. Deposits must originate from a Payment Method registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ku99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by Payment Method; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier.

Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before a Wagering Requirement is satisfied, ku99 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds balance before releasing the remaining real-money balance.

ku99 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these General Terms & Conditions as well as any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT (৳) to the Player's Account within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per Payment Method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity period without notice.
• ku99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, Players will be given reasonable notice and any partially-wagered bonus will be treated in accordance with the proportion of the Wagering Requirement already completed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Attempting to share, sell, or otherwise transfer a bonus to another player constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• ku99 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus in the event that it suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error in the bonus crediting system.

All sports bets placed on the ku99 sportsbook and all casino game rounds initiated on the ku99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable market, game, or event. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during a live game round or in-play betting transaction, ku99's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round or bet. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account Balance.

ku99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it reasonably believes that: (a) the result was influenced by collusion or match-fixing; (b) the odds or payout multiplier was published in error due to a technical fault; or (c) the Player placed the bet in contravention of these Terms. In all such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all sports markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by ku99 at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the affected Account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's game logic or payment processing systems.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with a Payment Method provider after funds have been deposited and wagered.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration, identity verification, or account review processes.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening communication directed at ku99 staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.

All Content published on the ku99 Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, video streams, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, and software code — is the exclusive property of ku99 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Content in any form or medium.

Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of ku99 Content is a breach of intellectual property law and these Terms, and will be subject to legal action.

ku99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

ku99's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ku99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ku99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ku99.vu/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and ku99.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

ku99 maintains 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform and implements industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ku99 Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with established international arbitration procedures.

ku99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ku99 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Player arising from their use of the Platform.
